What packages are available under the RSA program?
We offer two flexible packages for your convenience: 1-Year/100 km and 2-Years/100 km. Choose the one that suits your needs, and ride with confidence knowing we’ve got your back!
What if my vehicle breaks down more than 100 km from the dealership?
If your vehicle breaks down more than 100 km from the dealership, we’ll still assist you with towing. For any distance beyond the 100 km, towing services will be chargeable on a per-kilometer basis.
Whom should I contact if my vehicle breaks down?
In case of a breakdown, simply call our customer toll-free number, and our team will be there to assist you with all the help you need. We are here to make sure you’re never stranded!
Is there any vehicle age limit?
Yes, vehicles till the age of 7 years old are eligible for roadside assistance.
What is the minimum cooling period for RSA activation?
Minimum cooling period is 3 days from date of purchase of RSA policy.
Is RSA coverage transferable if vehicle is sold?
Yes, RSA will be transferable to new owner with supporting documents.

What is the difference between Extended Warranty and Protection Plus?
- Extended Warranty: Can be purchased within the first year of vehicle retail (0-365 days). Available in three options (5+1 Year, 5+2 Year, 5+5 Year). No renewal option and no cooling period required. Point of sale: Showroom + Workshop.
- Protection Plus: Can be availed after the standard warranty expires (0-3287 days) and up to 9 years of vehicle age. Available in two options (2 Year policy till 8th Year age vehicle, 1 Year for 9th Year). Comes with a renewal option and a 30-day cooling period. Point of sale: Workshop (after standard warranty). Vehicle fitness certificate required.
Can I purchase Protection Plus at the time of vehicle purchase?
Protection Plus can be purchased any time after your standard warranty expires. You’re not limited to purchasing it at the time of the vehicle purchase, so you have flexibility when you decide it’s time to secure that extra protection!
Can I still purchase Protection Plus if I’ve missed periodic services?
Yes, you can still purchase Protection Plus! However, it’s mandatory to have a vehicle fitness check/maintenance service done at an authorized service center within the last 365 days before purchasing the warranty. We want to ensure your vehicle is in the best possible condition before adding that extra layer of protection.
What is the additional km coverage for Protection Plus?
Protection Plus offers you an additional 12,000 km per year of coverage. For a 2-year policy, it covers up to 24,000 km, and for a 1-year policy, it covers up to 12,000 km. So, no matter how far you ride, you’re covered!

If you are an Existing Customer:

30 days is the cooling period for claiming the Protection Plus benefits (claim can be entertained after 30 days of policy purchase)
Is there any KM coverage capping for Protection Plus Warranty?
Yes, In Protection Plus Warranty Maximum Kilometre coverage capping done for motorcycle is 72,000Km for Protection Plus warranty claim.
I have already opted for for extended warranty for 2 years, can I purchase the Protection Plus warranty after 730 days of vehicle retail date?
No, since you are already having warranty coverage of 6 years. (4 years standard warranty +2year Extended warranty).
I have the active 2 year E.W on my vehicle. In the 5th year of vehicle, I purchased the Protection Plus warranty, is the cooling period applicable?
Yes, after purchase of Protection Plus, cooling period will commence immediately up to 30 Days.
Is periodic service mandatory for Protection Plus warranty purchasing?
Yes, Periodic Service is must to ensure Vehicle Fitness, Periodic service done during last 365 days from policy purchase date can be considered for vehicle fitness. However, dealer must check & confirm the fitness of vehicle before selling the policy to customer.

Is the AMC package be transferable to the new owner after the vehicle is sold?
Yes, dealer can transfer the package by attaching proof of RC copy.
Is there any criteria to purchase the AMC package?
Sales package – Customer have to purchase it before 1st Free Service due.
Service package – Customer can buy it after 1st Free Service.
Is there a cooling period for AMC activation?
No, there is not.
Can AMC package be renewed?
Yes, only service package can be renewed.
What all parts are covered in the wear and tear?
In Platinum package only, Rear and Front Brake Pad and Drive chain kit are covered in wear and tear parts.
If oil or part price changes, who will bear the cost?
This is USP of Premium AMC Policy i.e Protection from Inflation for Customers. Cost to be borne by Dealer, customer need not to pay any additional amount if price may increase.
Is there any reimbursement policy in case of nonuse spares or skipped services?
No.
