1. Introduction

At Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a transparent and hassle-free booking process. Please note that we do not offer a return or refund policy for delivered motorcycles. However, you may request a refund of the booking amount under the following conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Only the booking amount is refundable.
  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of booking.
  • Refund requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Refund Process

  • The refund will be processed within 15 business days of the request being approved.
  • The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used during the booking process.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • The full purchase price of the motorcycle, accessories, and any customization fees are non-refundable once the motorcycle is delivered.
  • Any charges related to registration, insurance, or other applicable taxes are non-refundable.
