Do these checks have any impact on my vehicle’s warranty?
No, this Legend’s Care Camp has been planned for health check up of your vehicle for safe & hassle-free ride during monsoon.
Will all spare parts and accessories be available during the camp itself?
Yes, all the required spares, consumables, Lube will be available during camp, and you can get discounts on the same as well.
If I miss the camp dates but already booked an appointment, will I still get the offers?
Yes
Is the camp happening at all dealerships across India during 23rd–31st May?
Yes, the camp is planned across India at all JAWA – Yezdi – BSA dealerships.
Is the free washing included for all vehicles that attend?
Yes
Which spare parts are covered under the 10% discount?
All spares required to be replaced during camp will have 10% discount.
Which latest models will I be able to test ride during the camp?
You can enjoy the test ride of our newly launched Yezdi Scrambler, BSA Scrambler along with Yezdi Roadster, JAWA 42 Bobber etc.
Do I need to pre-book a slot or can I just walk in?
By appointment your can save the time as we are expecting huge customer footfall during this activity.
As an existing customer, can I also test ride the new models or is it only for new buyers?
Yes for sure
If I take delivery of my bike during the camp period and face an issue, will the offers still apply to me?
Yes
What accessories will be available at special camp-exclusive prices?
All the JAWA – Yezdi – BSA genuine accessories will be available during camp
If a major issue is found during the inspection, will it be repaired immediately?
For major issue if any, you will be provided appointment post camp to attend the vehicle for thorough root cause analysis and to provide solution.
Will the test rides be available throughout the camp or only on specific days?
Test ride of our new vehicles will be available throughout the camp duration.
Are there any complimentary services apart from washing, like polishing or chain lubrication?
Your vehicle will undergo 72 exclusive checkpoints apart from washing etc.
If my bike is under warranty, will the discounted labour charges still apply?
Yes, in fact apart from labour you can avail discounts on Value Added Services like Extended Warranty, RSA, AMC etc.
Will there be any arrangements such as amenities or a lounge at the service centre for customers during the camp?
Yes. Our all the dealership will be having exclusive facility of customer lounge.
Will there be any special offers on riding gear like jackets, gloves, or helmets?
Yes. 10% discount is applicable for all genuine accessories.
Will any free merchandise be provided to customers who attend the camp?
No
If I book my bike during this camp, what is the estimated time of delivery?
For new vehicle booked during camp the delivery will be priorities however exact duration will be confirmed by respective dealer considering vehicle availability, waiting period etc.
Is there is any offers available for bookings on new models?
Details about offers on specific models will be confirmed by respective dealership.
